These terms cover this website, the CrossRestore waitlist and the beta programme. They are between you and Cloud Recovery Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 68 166 375 766), trading as Cloud Ready Solutions.

The website

You may use this website to learn about CrossRestore and to sign up. Do not try to break it, overload it or submit sign-ups for other people without their permission.

Waitlist and beta

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a beta place. We choose testers to cover a range of setups.
• Beta software is unfinished. Use it for testing, not as your only recovery plan, and keep your existing backups and processes in place.
• We may change or end the beta at any time. We will tell beta testers by email.
• If we invite you into the beta, we will send separate beta terms before you install anything.

Founding Partner seats

Founding Partner seats are not on sale yet. When they are, the price, what is included and the refund terms will be shown before you pay.

Claims on this site

Restore times and target support described on this site come from our own testing. Your results depend on your VMs, network and cloud account.

Trademarks

CrossRestore and the CrossRestore logo belong to us. NAKIVO, Microsoft Azure, Hyper-V, AWS, VMware, vSphere and Proxmox are trademarks of their owners. CrossRestore is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, this website is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
